Medical files can help people prevent diseases, increase cure rates, promote medical development and solve major public health crises. However, are strongly private. It is an urgent problem needed to be solved that how share with privacy data security. The existing models based on the centralized certificate authority a feasible method, but it possible experience single point failure. Besides there mismatch between real-life scenario since they only suitable for patient. Therefore, this paper proposes practical file sharing scheme blockchain decentralized attribute-based encryption. used record application grant of authorizations. Smart contracts provide interactive platform all users in system. By utilizing encryption, fine-grained access control carried out ensure security as well avoiding Attribute-based algorithm support multi-person democratic decision making dynamic personnel changes designed make model much closer real scene. Finally, through security, performance comparative analysis other solutions, meet needs scenarios terms practicability, provides new sharing.
